Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it and request a refund. This policy is offered in addition to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Below are the conditions for returning products purchased on prostagen.online:

Step 1:

A return authorisation must be requested and approved within 60 days of your purchase date.

Step 2:

Send the item back and then email us the tracking number so we can track your return. Return postage costs must be covered by you. You must return the product within 60 days of receiving the return address.

Step 3:

To be eligible for a refund, returned products must be in good condition (not damaged or broken). All products — whether opened or unopened — must be returned with all originally included accessories.

Step 4:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 60 days after purchase

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
